Mark has built extensive candidate networks and client relationships over many years working across the Open Source software development markets in Sweden & Finland.

With a passion for technology and an eagerness to research new development tools & concepts, Mark has now gained a deep understanding in all areas of design, development, and architecture.

He has assisted large enterprises, established product companies, consultancies, and especially young start-ups to successfully attract the best talent in the market. 

Mark has helped to build entire development teams for some of the most prominent start-ups in Sweden & Finland and has been able to attract experienced department heads to provide the structure needed at young companies as they begin to scale up.
